Intent to Sole Source- Product Design & Manufacturing Collection Government Multi-user Annual Subscription

The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD 20670 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC; 2411 DULLES CORNER PARK SUITE 800, HERNDON, VA 20171 USA (Cage Code: 0S0H9) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.101(b), Contracting officers may solicit from a single source based on a determination and findings (see subpart 1.5) that only one source is reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). The Command Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for software support/maintenance for three (3) licenses for Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection IC Government Multi-user Annual Subscription for use with the Advanced Technology and Innovation Team, RDT&E Network, Lab 977, Fleet Readiness Center East. DLT Solutions, LLC. is the only known qualified source capable of satisfying the Government's specific requirements and mission for this Notice of Intent to Sole Source  procurement due to DLT Solutions being an authorized reseller under this specific ESI contract, which is the designated vehicle for acquiring Autodesk licenses. Therefore, DLT is the only viable source to fulfill this requirement in compliance with the DoD ESI mandate, ensuring the most cost-effective and streamlined acquisition.. For this reason, the government intends to procure these products on a sole source basis from DLT Solutions, LLC. (CAGE Code: 0S0H9). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
