We will also require a Certificate of Insurance upon contract award, in accordance with Article 6 of BSA Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Work by Contractors On Site at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

Please ensure the Certificate of Insurance:

1. Remains in effect for the entire duration of the contract.
2. Is submitted to the BNL Procurement & Property Management Division prior to any work being performed on site.
3. Complies with all requirements outlined in Article 6, including naming Brookhaven Science Associates and the U.S. Government as additional insureds.
