SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY (SSI)

THIS NOT A SOLICIATION AND NO SOLICITATION HAS BEEN ISSUED AT THIS TIME.  REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION OR CONTRACTOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.  

The 914th contracting office, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS), New York is seeking sources that can provide:

Rifle Range Target System Upgrade for Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, NY. Services required are summarized as follows:

Upgrade of existing Inveris Gen1 Target Retrieval System to Inveris Gen5 Target Retrieval System. Includes removal of existing system and installation of new system

CONTRACTOR MUST FULLY REVIEW ATTACHED DRAFT STATEMENT OF NEED FOR ANTICIPATED REQUIREMENT. STATEMENT OF NEED PROVIDES FULL DETAILS FOR REQUIREMENT.

                Anticipate delivery and installation to be complete 120 days after date of award.

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to deliver and install system required.

The government is requesting response from potential contractors, to include small business contractors. This Sources Sought Inquiry is open to all types of businesses, including small businesses, and requests the following information from interested contractors:

1. Response from any contractor who may be capable of providing the products and installation as outlined in the attached Statement of Need. Response should include capability information for the contractor that details experience in delivery and installation of Inveris target retrieval systems.
2. Small Businesses please include your small business category information with your response.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this effort is 339920 – Remediation Services with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees.

The information in this notice is based on current information available to date.  This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government.
