Naval Surface Warfare, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), has a procurement request for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Support Services.  See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed description. A Site Visit will be made available for this solicitation on December 09, 2025, from 0900 – 1100.  Amendment 0002 to change offerors due date from Decemeber 19, 2025 to January 07, 2026. Amendment 0003 to change offerors due date from January 07, 2026 to January 30, 2026. Amendment 0004 is to revised the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and add the remaining questions and answers that were asked. Amendment 0005 is to change the response date from 30 January 2026 to 06 February 2026.  The cutoff date for questions/requests is 5:00 PM EST on 30 January 2026. Amendment 0006 to add DFARS clasue 252.204-7021 and revise PWS with security request.
