DANTES Academic Skills Training

In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, the Defense Human Resources Activity awarded a modification to the existing DANTES Academic Skills Training contract H9821021C0004 on a sole source basis to Peterson’s LLC.  The modification extends performance for one (1) month pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services; however, FAR 52.217-8 and the attached Justification and Approval enable up to a total of six (6) months to be exercised.  The redacted Justification and Approval regarding this action is included. 

This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids.  The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
