8/6/2026 Amendment 0002 is issued to include Attachment 5 - 2022 Inspection Reports. 

Attachment 5 will be made available separately through FAN.gov.

Interested parties must explicitly request access by email to the Contract Specialist at Jacobsenw@state.gov. No access will be granted to Attachment 5 to requestors submitting access requests as the quotations due date approaches or after the RFQ closes. Quoters are strongly encouraged to request access as early as practicable. Any delay by a quoter to request access to the Attachment 5 shall not constitute a basis for extending any solicitation deadline. All dates and times established in this solicitation remain firm unless changed by formal amendment issued by the Contracting Officer.

07.30.2026. Amendment 0001 is issued and hereto attached to reflect changes on site visit date. The new site visit date is August 05, 2026, at 10:00 am. Offerors shall refer to attached Amendment for further information.

Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this solicitation for the repair and rehabilitation of the sewer lines for eight buildings in the Carl Schutz Siedlung in Frankfurt, Germany, as per attached Combined Synopsis & Solicitation with attachments. 

An organized site visit will be held on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 am local time at the following location: Carl Schurz Siedlung Frankfurt

All prospective offerors are encouraged to attend. Registration is essential should you wish to participate in the site visit.  Companies are therefore required to submit, via email the full names, Title/Company, of those attending to RodisG@state.gov, LolouA@state.gov and GuerHA@state.gov no later than July 29, 2026.
