Roofing, Repair, and Replacement Follow-on (R3F) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

16 April 2026 - Flattened PDF Documents - This update does not constitute a new amendment. It reflects the posting of flattened PDF versions only. The current solicitation amendment remains Amendment 0001. The Government has added flattened PDF versions of the Solicitation and Amendment 0001 to resolve vendor‑reported issues with editing or extracting the original forms. Offerors may submit their proposals using either version of the documents: the original PDFs or the flattened PDFs.

14 April 2026 - Solicitation Amendment 0001 - This amendment (dated 14 April 2026) provides answers to questions submitted to date and amends portions of the solicitation including attachments (dated 9 April 2026). The proposal due date is NOT extended.

Offerors shall use only the current attachments posted with this solicitation. Any documents marked as “(deleted)” in the attachment list are superseded and shall not be used.

The Department of the Air Force, 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, is issuing a solicitation for the Roofing, Repair, and Replacement Follow-on (R3F) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle providing roofing, repair, and replacement construction services across multiple geographic regions.

The R3F MATOC will establish multiple awards under a single five‑year ordering period. Task Orders will be issued on a firm‑fixed‑price basis in accordance with FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 36 procedures. 

Any further questions, concerns, or clarifications shall be submitted in accordance with the criteria outlined in the solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria outlined in the solicitation. 

The solicitation, attachments, and all subsequent amendments will be made available electronically on SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site for updates.
