Amendment 03

Amendment 03 is issued for the following:

-The due date for proposal submissions is re-opened and extended to 25 August 2026.
-The Instructions to Offerors has been updated to require proof of inspection to validate compliance with ISO 17357-1:2014
-The Instructions to Offerors has been updated to require a completed copy of 'FAR 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Certificate' clearly listing all countries of origin for this procurement
-The overall wording of the Instructions to Offerors has been updated

Offerors must acknowledge and submit a new proposal in response to Amendment 03

Amendment 02

Amendment 02 for Solicitation N6817126QG004 is hereby issued for the following changes:

- Attachment "RFI - Questions from Industry 2" has been incorporated
- The Delivery Schedule has been updated. The complete order shall now be delivered within 8 months of contract award. The SOW has been updated accordingly.

Amendment 01

Amendment 01 to Solicitation N6817126QG004 is issued for the following:
- Incorporates responses to questions submitted by vendors in response to the original solicitation
- Incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.247-64, Preference for Privately Owned U.S.-Flag Commercial Vessels & 252.247-7023, Transportation of Supplies by Sea.

The due date for proposals remains unchanged on August 18th, 2026 0900 Eastern European Time

This solicitation is for the procurement of Two (2) Yokohama or Equivalant Hydro-Pneumatic Fenders to support the safe mooring and harboring of United States Navy (USN) Submarines.
