U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Charleston District (SAC) Subject: Reverse Industry Day and Listening Session – Emerging Acquisition Strategies for Future Projects The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Charleston District (SAC), invites industry partners to participate in a Reverse Industry Day focused on emerging acquisition strategies and project delivery methods. This event is intended to foster open dialogue between industry and USACE regarding innovative approaches to design and construction procurement.
