NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY (NRL) FACILITY SUPPORT SERVICES (FSS)

This is a small business set-aside, competitive Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The new requirement will have a period of performance (POP) of February 17th, 2028 – February 16th, 2036 for a total of eight (8) years, including an optional 6-month extension period from February 17th, 2036 – August 16th, 2036, for support at U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington, District of Columbia (DC). The small business will be responsible for providing facility management, facility investment, integrated solid waste, pavement clearance, and utilities for facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment, and installed equipment and systems.
