CAC Library Consortium Authentication Solution

The Government is requesting information regarding a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SaaS) library authentication and electronic resource proxy subscription for one enterprise Program Office instance and eighteen individual library instances. The solution must natively integrate with the Ex Libris Alma / Primo VE environment and preserve existing user access pathways to the maximum extent possible.
