Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) intends to negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole-source contract to Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) for the provision of School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) training. This acquisition is being conducted using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Overhaul 15 “Contracting by Negotiation” and FAR Overhaul Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items” and supplemented by the Housing and Urban Development Acquisition Regulations (HUDAR).
