Statement of Objectives (SOO)

New Facility Power

1. RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus has an urgent need to provide power to a new facility. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to deliver equipment that meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications.

1. One Frequency Converter, 50Hz to 60Hz
   1. Supply power:  220/415V, 50Hz, 3-Phase
   2. Load:  120/208V, 200 Amp, 60Hz, 3-Phase
2. One Weatherproof distribution board
   1. Rated for: 120/208V, 200 Amp, 60Hz, 3-Phase
   2. Needs to be a deep panel, approximately 6 to 8 inches
   3. Example:  Main load cable coming out of this panel will be a 100 Amp, 5-Wire, Type-G cable with appropriate connector must be able to fit
3. 200 Amp, 3-Phase Main Breaker compatible with distribution panel above
4. 100 Amp, 3-Phase, Breaker also compatible with distribution panel above
5. All associated wire and connectors between Frequency Converter and distribution board
6. All parts need to be rated to withstand outside elements to include wind, dust and rain.

Option 01:

               One additional Frequency Converter, 50Hz to 60Hz

   2. Load:  120/208V, 200 Amp, 60Hz, 3-Phase
