Site Visit can be arranged if requested by 10am 5 Aug 2026

In order to attend the site visit I will need an email to (tami.mckenney.1@us.af.mil) no later than 5 August at 10am, to include:

• Company Name
• Full name: First, middle initial, Last
• Date of Birth
• Drivers license number
• Citizenship 

Backflow Cross Connection Report

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to conduct a Comprehensive Drinking Water Cross-Connection and Backflow Prevention Survey to support Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Michigan, water integrity as defined in the Description of Service.

The awardee will have access to the previous report completed in 2020.

Deadline to submit questions is 14 Aug 2026, 2pm EDT.
