Modular Training System

6 CONS is issuing this solicitation to procure a Modular Training System to support 6 Security Forces Squadron. The contractor shall deliver a fully integrated, scalable, and modular training platform strictly in accordance with the Statement of Need dtd 27 FEB 2026. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332311 - with a size standard of 750 employees.

UPDATE 14 Aug 2026: Based on technical feedback and questions received from industry, the 6th Contracting Squadron, in coordination with the 6th Security Forces Squadron, has formally revised the Modular Training System Statement of Need (SON) to clarify technical ambiguities and missing characteristics. 

Amended SF1449 has been posted in Attachments section below, which includes the finalized, approved SON dated 14 August 2026. We recommend reviewing the attached revised SON to ensure your technical proposal matches the updated terms. If your company has already provided quotes, you are invited to submit an updated quote to align with the revised solicitation and SON.

• Submission Deadline: Any new or revised packages must be submitted no later than the extended solicitation deadline on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, at 1000 hours EST.
