C-FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESS

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Incorporate the following information into Solicitation SPE4A8-26-Q-0043, One (1) C-Frame Hydraulic Press in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 24-25-2002, Dated 27 August 2026, close date will be extended until COB Tuesday, 21 July 2026. The PD/SOW has been updated with the following changes:

Paragraph 3.9.1.1 GEOTECHNICAL SURVEY, BEFORE AMENDMENT

Before Amendment:

The contractor shall perform a geotechnical survey to determine if and where there are any hidden utilities in the location of the current foundation. The contractor shall provide a copy of the completed survey to DLA.

After Amendment:

RESERVED

Justification for Amendment:

It has been determined that the requirements outlined in this paragraph are no longer necessary to meet the operational mission.

All offers will be considered valid for 120 days from the closing date in this amendment.
