Request for Proposals- Hall C A/C Replacement (Revised)

Jefferson Lab (JLab), a Department of Energy National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, VA, managed and operated by SURATech, has issued the revised, unrestricted solicitation for the Hall C Air Conditioning (A/C) Replacement. If you are interested in competing for award, you must register for this requirement to access all solicitation documents on the Jefferson Lab Solicitation Bulletin Board at https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/bus_ops/.

Please note the following:

• Offerors must attend a site visit to be eligible for award of a subcontract from SURATech resulting from this solicitation. Please follow the site visit instructions included in the RFP to register as a Visitor to Jefferson Lab no later than August 10, 2026.
• Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me no later than August 20, 2026.
• Proposals are due no later than 4:30 p.m. August 27, 2026. Please note that award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
