Low Pressure Electrolyzer Simulator

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure a controller simulator for the Low Pressure Electrolyzer (LPE) on a sole source to Treadwell Corporation. 

The proposed contract actions is for parts for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
