Maintenance and repair, replacement parts, and software upgrades/updates for the Omnicell Supply Systems located at the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division – West, intends to award a sole source contract to OMNICELL, Inc. to provide maintenance, repair, replacement parts, and software upgrades/updates for the Omnicell Supply Systems located at the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina.  This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 Sep 2026 through 31 Aug 2027 (base) and a six (6) month extension from 01 Sep 2027 - 28 Feb 2028.  The contractor shall be required to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned OMNICELL Processing Equipment, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.
