Cyber Maintenance Hangar Modernization

PURPOSE: The purpose of this notice and the attached amendment is to officially CANCEL Solicitation No. W912QR26RA057 in its entirety, effective immediately.

REASON FOR CANCELLATION: The Government is canceling this solicitation in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 15 due to a substantial change in the Government's requirements that exceeds what offerors could have reasonably anticipated. Specifically, the scope and size of the project have changed drastically. It has been determined that amending the current solicitation to reflect these changes would be so substantial that it exceeds what prospective offerors reasonably could have anticipated.

PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS: No proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. For offerors who have already submitted proposals, the Government will retain one digital copy for the contract file and securely destroy any remaining copies in accordance with document retention requirements.

FUTURE PROCUREMENTS: A revised solicitation for the updated requirement may be issued at a later date. Any future requirements will be posted to the Government Point of Entry (www.SAM.gov).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
