Synopsis:
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Bastrop intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) to repair/furnish and install complete Triplex commercial water-softening system.

The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-1(a) (1) and RFO FAR 12.201-1(2).  
A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED
The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.

A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). Electronic responses and questions shall be submitted via email to the contracting point of contact listed below.
