Geriatric & Decon Manikins AMENDMENT 0002

General: C.W. Bill Young Veterans Affairs Medical Center10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, , Bay Pines, Florida 33744, has a requirement for four (4) geriatric simulation mannequins(Nasco Healthcare LF04702IP) name brand or equal and 3 decontamination capable mannequins for Bay Pines VA Medical Center.

Background: The BPVAHCS has requires 4 simulation mannequins to be used for staff training on the evacuation buses. Additionally, the BPVAHCS has a decontamination program that needs the decontamination mannequins for training and exercises.

Scope of Work: The mannequins provided must be equal to the salient characteristics as described in the statement of need.  Explanation of how equal meets each salient characteristic must be included with quote.
