United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  TX

City:  Edinburg

Delineated Area:  North: E Farm to Market Rd; South: E El Chibolo Rd; E: Brushline Rd; W: Interstate 69C

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  6,000

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  9,000

Space Type:  Hangar

Parking Spaces (Total):  2 for Government-Owned Vehicles

Full Term:  Up to 3 Years

Firm Term:  Up to 1 Year

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
