The Department of the Army, Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) in conjunction with Army Contracting Command (ACC), invites industry partners to participate in an Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Industry Day scheduled for 20 May 2026 from 0900 to 1600 EST in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with a virtual session on 21 May 2026 from 0900 to 1300 EST via Microsoft Teams.
Purpose
This Industry Day is not a solicitation, and attendance is voluntary with no reimbursement of costs. Letterkenny Army Depot seeks to build dynamic partnerships with industry through direct sales, Public-Private Partnerships (P3), work-share agreements and co-production. These collaborations aim to generate new revenue, improve cost efficiencies, and secure new workload to sustain and modernize LEAD’s organic industrial base capabilities.

Registration
- Registration is required for the in-person session and must be completed by 4 May 2026 at 1600 EST.

- Registration requires company details including UEI, CAGE, size/socioeconomic status, and attendee contact information.
- Site access instructions and additional vetting information will be sent with confirmation emails.
- Virtual session attendance does not require prior registration.
One-on-One Sessions
Optional one-on-one sessions will be available on 20 May 2026 from 1330 to 1600 ET. Due to limited availability, LEAD will select the industry partners invited to participate in the one-on-one sessions and will notify selected partners during the week of 04 May 2026. Sign-ups for may also be requested after the virtual session on 21 May 2026.
Security, Access, and Prohibited Items
- Visitors must be U.S. citizens with no felony convictions and possess a government-issued photo ID.
- Each visitor must complete a Letterkenny Army Depot Access Control Application; instructions for secure submission will be provided.
- Closed-toe, closed low-heel shoes are required on-site. Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided and must be always worn in production areas.
- Recording or picture taking using personal electronic devices (cell phones, laptops, cameras, etc.) is prohibited in all depot locations. Failure to comply will result in denied access.
- Prohibited items include:
- All firearms and weapons
- Personal protection devices (stun guns, mace, tear gas, etc.)
- Explosives in any form or parts thereof
- Drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Unauthorized personal electronic radio equipment
- Alcoholic beverages
