Industry Day - Information Session on the Emergency Water Conveyance Prototype (EWCP), Juneau, Alaska

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Alaska District, is hosting an Industry Day for the Emergency Water Conveyance Prototype (EWCP), Juneau, Alaska (AK). The primary intent of this event is to:

• Provide an overview of the problem facing the Mendenhall Valley and the Emergency Water Conveyance Prototype (EWCP) Solution.
• Familiarize Interested Offerors with the technical background and innovative delivery method planned for this effort.
• Address questions from Interested Offerors.

• Date: Friday, 21 August 2026
• Time: 9:00-11:00 AM AKDT
• Location: Andrew Hope Building, Council Chambers (3rd Floor), 320 W. Willoughby Ave., Juneau, AK. A virtual option will be available for Interested Offerors unable to attend in person.

Registration is REQUIRED to attend this event.

Interested Offerors must email the POC’s at the emails listed above to register for the event no later than 20 August 2026 at 4:00 PM AKDT. Submit the following information: Attendee’s name, title and email address and Firms name and UEI (if available). Indicate if attendee will attend in person or virtually.  A link to the virtual meeting will be provided to Interested Offerors that have registered for the event.
