The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of Department of the Interior Contract Number GS10F082CA-140D0425F1036, awarded to Integrity Management Services, Inc. on September 25, 2025, to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under new Contract Number GS10F082CA / 7571PS26F80109, effective September 30, 2026. All terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, including:

- Period of Performance

This administrative transfer does not alter the scope of work, deliverables, or any other contractual obligations.
