PTC DNA Sequencing Equipment & Consumables

This solicitation is for one (1) new DNA Sequencing laboratory test equipment ensemble for the DLA Product Test Center (PTC) located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to include the equipment, hardware, chemical consumables, installation, training, and optional preventative maintenance.

The scope of work is detailed on the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the Technical Specifications.

Submitted quotes must include the offeror's Cage Code and address the lead time; as well as provide a line item price list that details the elements of the SOW.

Quotes are to be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Elizabeth Dickstein, by the closing date and time of 12 Noon, EST, Wednesday August 19, 2026.
