Silver Ship Maintenance Sole Source

Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Camp Lejeune, NC intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order Contract to Yopp Brothers, Inc. (Cage Code: 1JHB5) for two Silver Ship preventative maintenance and corrective service maintenance.

The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Soliciting from a Single Source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold).
