The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of Department of the Interior Contract Number GS00F0012S-140D0425F1013, awarded to Kauffman & Associates, Inc on September 25, 2025, to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under new Contract Number 47QRAA26D001B- 7571PS26F80092 , effective September 26, 2026. All terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, including:
