EAGLE Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) - Future EAGLE

USG Update – EAGLE APBI 04 June 2026:

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) will hold an Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) for the Enhanced Global Army Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program. The intent of the event is to provide updates to industry on the current and future state of the EAGLE program on 04 June 2026 at the Vibrant Arena located at 1201 River Dr, Moline, IL 61265.

A specific agenda will be provided closer to the event. The current planned agenda is to have a morning session with current EAGLE BOA holders only from 0800-1130 CT. EAGLE BOA holders will also have scheduled 1-on-1 sessions in the afternoon. The specific schedule for the 1-on-1 sessions will be provided closer to the event. Additionally, there will be an afternoon session discussing the future state of EAGLE that is open to all interested vendors from 1300-1430 CT.

Registration Instructions:

1. Please register for the Future EAGLE event via the Forms link.
2. EAGLE BOA Holders that have registered for the morning session and 1-on-1 sessions that plan to attend this part will also need to register here.
3. Registration must be submitted by the end of the day on 29 May 2026.

Discussion topics will be provided closer to the event. There is currently an RFI targeted at Small Businesses for this portion on SAM.gov. The Government encourages all interested small businesses to participate and provide feedback as this will help shape our discussion topics via the listed Future EAGLE RFI link.

The Government still plans to hold another Industry Engagement with 1-on-1 sessions specifically for future EAGLE following this APBI. The date and location of this engagement is currently unknown. Please continue to monitor SAM.gov for updates.
