Web of Science Subscription Services

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by Department of Justice (DOJ) Request for Offers (RFO) deviation guidance and the additional information contained in this notice.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for a Web of Science Subscription Service or equal.

The anticipated award will consist of one (1) twelve-month base period beginning on the date of contract award.

Please see the attached solicitation and Instructions to Quoters for additional information.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due no later than May 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Quotes are due no later than May 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
