Bulk Fuel

The West Virginia National Guard (WVNG) has a requirement for a firm-fixed-price contract to deliver 10,000 gallons of On-Road Diesel Fuel to support training operations. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Strict Delivery Constraints & Performance Location.  Due to mission requirements, the Government requires expedited delivery to a specific localized coordinate within an 11-day window, see attachment.
