Integrated Industrial Control System Server Purchasing and Installation

This is pre-solicitation notice prepared IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.1 and 12.201(c)(2).  THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.  

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO 12.201(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to purchase Integrated Industrial Control System (IICS) Server, in Misawa Air Base, Japan.  

Description of Requirement: Perform procurement, delivery, and installation to establish Energy Management and control System (EMCS) Java Application Control Engine (JACE) system, Misawa Air Base, Japan.  

The items to be purchased include the following:

- Dell PowerEdge R470 (CPU: Intel Xeon 6 performance 6521P 2.6G, 24C/48T, 144M Cache, Turbo, (225W) DDR5-6400, MEM:32GB RDIMM, 6400MT/s, Dual Rank x8, SSD: 960GB SSD SATA Read Intensive, 6Gbps 512e x5, RAID5, PS: Dual Redundant (1+1), 1500WMM (100-240Vac) Titanium, QTY 1 Unit
- 8X DVD-ROM (USB, External), QTY 1 Unit
- NAS (TS71210RH1604), QTY 1 Unit
- Laptop PC (CPU: Snapdragon X Plus X1P-64-100, MEM: 16GB, SSD: 512GB), QTY: 1 Unit

Software (Niagara Components) (Brand Name):
- N4 Supervisor 100 Network (S-N4-100), QTY 4 Set
- N4 Supervisor SMA Init. 18 months (SUP-100-SMA-INIT), QTY 4 Set

Installation and Configuration: 
Complete installation and configuration of EMCS JACE system to ensure stable system operation and communication with the existing EMCS/JACE system.  

Note1:  This procurement will be performed entirely in the country in Japan, and an offeror must submit their performance record for relevant installation service within 3 years in U.S. Installation in Japan from the date of today.
