Notice of Intent to Sole Source - RN26-889 Human Resources Command Cable and Internet Services

The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(b) (DFARS CD 2026-O0017 Revision 2), to Charter Communications Operating LLC (Spectrum) for the RN26-889 HRC Cable and Internet Services to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a period of performance of 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027. The anticipated award date is 24 September 2026. This solicitation will not be available through SAM.gov. Interested parties may contact Kristy N. Mattingly, Contracting Officer, and Candice M.
