Request for LEGAL SERVICES- Employment Law (Seychelles, Somalia, Kenya)

Mission Nairobi (managed by the Human Resources Office) requires legal counsel services with an expertise in employment law who is certified to practice in the following countries: Mogadishu, Seychelles, and Kenya.  This should be a retainer/ BPA arrangement where we pay for services as they are used, with a minimum one-year commitment.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order/Blanket Purchase agreement (BPA) to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order/BPA based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
