This amendment is to answer vendor questions as follows: What are the manufacturers/models of the two linear accelerators and CT scanner, and the treatment planning and record-and-verify systems? Response: Varian Truebeam linear accelerators, Phillips 64 slice big bore scanner. What is the approximate radiation oncology patient volume? Response: Approximately 200 patients per year are treated. Which special procedures are currently performed (for example SRS/SBRT, IGRT, IMRT/VMAT or HDR brachytherapy), and at what approximate frequency? Response: SBRT, IGRT, IMRT/VMAT, 3D Are any vacation coverage dates already known, particularly near the start of the performance period, and what notice will be provided before coverage is needed? Response: No vacation dates known at this time. An 8-week notice will be provided.
