Notice of Intent to Single Source to Gartner, Inc.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy 3.2.2.4,
the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected
source via single source procedures.

The FAA intends to award a single source contract to Gartner, Inc. of Stamford, CT. This procurement is to assess ESC’s current infrastructure and recommend a path forward for Enterprise Service Center’s Enterprise Data Center (ESC-EDC).  All inquiries to this announcement must be directed to Tammy Claiborne at tammy.r.claiborne@faa.gov no later than 2:00pm CDT August 6, 2026.
