The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the quote due date to no later than 9:00 AM EST 7 July, 2026.

2. Update and incorporate Attachments 1 and 2 dated 2 July 2026.

This opportunity was originally paused due to a pause in funding. This amended version of the solicitaion has been posted as funding has been resumed and the governemnt is ready to receive revised and valid pricing.
