The U.S. Department of State intends to award a contract for cash transportation services. This procurement is being conducted as a sole-source acquisition under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 11.105.

A Justification and Approval (J&A) supporting this sole-source procurement has been prepared in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.305. The J&A, which details the rationale for restricting this acquisition to a single source, is posted with this notice for public review."
