1. The sam.gov was used to invite firms to participate in the solicitation.
2. The Government received a total of 12 quotations.
3. The contract has been awarded to:  GLOBAL STAFF CONTRACTING Co.
4. The award covers Construction of Sidewalks for the American Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
5. The total contract price, SAR153,530.75 ($40,941.53).  .
6. The award was made in strict conformance with the award criteria contained in the solicitation.
