The subject solicitation has been amended. 

The purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide responses to industry inquiries and schedule an additional site visit.

1. An additional site visit has been scheduled for September 24, 2026 at 1000 Eastern Time:
        Participants will meet at the front lobby and sign-in at:
        Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory
        4301 Rickenbacker Causesway
        Miami, FL 33149

Notification of attendance is not mandatory, however any questions regarding the site visit should be directed to Andrew Stefanick at 305-318-4094 or andrew.stefanick@noaa.gov.

2. The Statement of Work has been revised as Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, 1305M326Q0455, Revision 1. Please note that  previously provided exhibits have been renumbered. Exhibits and attachments listed in Section 4 of Amendment 0002 are  applicable.

3. See '1305M326Q0455 RFQ Inquiries and Responses, Amend 0002' for full responses. A Brand Name Justification is also provided.

4. The quote due date of September 29, 2026 at 1000 Eastern remains unchanged.

Please review the amended RFQ in its entirety. An acknowledgment of the amended RFQ is required with quote submission.

The subject solicitation has been amended.

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the Date Offers Due to September 29, 2026 at 1000 Eastern.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 
2. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0455 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the HVAC and BAS Controls Upgrade Project in support of the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) located in Virginia Key, FL. 
3. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
4. A list of line-item numbers can be found in the Standard Form 1449 within the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0455.
5. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the attachment labeled Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW).
6. Dates, place of delivery, and place of acceptance can be found in clauses CAR 1352.246-70 and CAR 1352.270-70 within Section 3 - Contract Terms and Conditions of the attachment labeled RFQ (CSS) 1305M326Q0455. Acceptance terms for this solicitation are f.o.b. destination only.
