The Government intends to award this effort to Apex Systems, LLC Cage:1XKW5, 4400 Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060, United States. This award will be made as a sole source since they are found to be the only source that can satisfy agency requirements.

The 78 ABW Communications Directorate (SC) seeks to find a contractor that can meet needs of the customer.
These needs include any of the following:
-Business process analysis and improvement
-Architectural design/review
-Business analysis/requirements gathering
-Development work, including any assistance needed with custom applications
-Strategic planning and production of process roadmaps
-Strategic planning and production of architectural roadmaps
-Platform management
-Ad-hoc administrative assistance
-Knowledge transfer and skill development.
