SOLICITATION FOR the LGF UNIFORM - SUIT UNIFORM 

ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS                                                     19TU15-26-Q-3794

Below is the list of questions received as of 08/09/26 and their respective answers:

1.  Section 1 states that the requirement includes “suit uniform items and shoes,” and the document footer also references shoes. However, the price schedule contains only suits and long-sleeve shirts. Please confirm that shoes are not required.

Answer:  Shoes are not in the scope. SF30 form has been published at Aug 07, 2026.

1. Please confirm whether all suits must be navy blue, all suits must be black, or whether the final order may include both colors

Answer:  All suits must be of a single color, either black or navy blue. The final order will not include a combination of both colors.

1. Please specify the required color for the long-sleeve dress shirts.

Answer:  Color will be white. SF30 form has been published at Aug 07, 2026.

1. The contractor may not begin full production until the pre-production set is approved, but final delivery is required within 20 calendar days after award. Please confirm whether Government time used to review and approve the pre-production set will affect the delivery period.

Answer:  The Government’s time required to review and approve the pre-production set will not affect the delivery period. The delivery period will commence upon issuance of the fully approved order form to the successful vendor.
