PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS)

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 1808 W Aztec Ave Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for disposable privacy curtains & curtain mesh. The projected period of performance will be a base period of twelve (12) months, from time of award, and four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 314120 with a small business size standard of 750.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00180 in accordance with the Simplified Procedures at Part 12.201-1 will be issued on or by June 24, 2026. Evaluation factors may include price and technical capability to meet the government need. Quotes will be due on or by July 9, 2026. The acquisition is 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
