QUESTION: May a prospective subcontractor or teaming partner attend the September 10, 2026 site visit on behalf of or in support of the prime offeror? If so, should the attendee identify both the subcontractor and prime contractor when registering?

GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: Yes, propective subcontractors and teaming partners are permitted to attend the site visit in support of or on behalf of a prime offeror. When registering for the site visit, attendees must explicitly identify both the subcontractor name and prime contractor name they are representing.
