Request for Proposal: Combat Survivor Evader Locator UHF Base Station Support Services

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the due date of questions AND proposals by one week (see page 1) and (2) change the method of submission of questions from PIEE to e-mail (see page 60).

THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Only Small Businesses will be considered for award. The Government is seeking to acquire Combat Survivor Locater Evader Ultra High Frequency Base Station Support (CSEL UBS) services. Please carefully review the attached solicitation and its attachments/exhibit. To be considered for award, offerors must submit offers that comply with each requirement set forth in the solicitation. The deadline for this Request For Proposal is 7 MAY 2026 at 1200 PST, and the closing of questions is 22 April 2026 at 1200 PST. Questions will be consolidated among all offerors and answered via solicitation amendment one (1) week after the closing of questions.

ONLY OFFERS SUBMITTED VIA THE PIEE SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Offers submitted via other means will not be evaluated for award.
