In support of this newly formed Theater Army for the Americas, HQ USAWHC G-6 requires comprehensive ITSM solutions to deliver and sustain critical command and control (C2), Unified Communications (UC), Audio/Visual (AV), and enterprise information technology (IT) capabilities. Scope of support spans HQ USAWHC (Fort Liberty/Camp Mackall), Joint Base San Antonio, and associated remote/Deployable Communications Element (DCE) locations, encompassing program management, service desk/information management operations (IMO), data center and network operations, asset accountability, knowledge management, and full-spectrum cybersecurity—including Risk Management Framework (RMF)/Authority to Operate sustainment, vulnerability management, incident response, and communications security operations (COMSEC) accountability.
