Amendment 00001 - To be considered for award Contractors shall sign and return Amendment 00001 with their quotation documents. This RFQ closes on 8/11/2026 at 1:00pm CDT. Amendment 00001 incorporates FAR Clause 52.225-5 Trade Agreements (Nov 2023) and FAR Provision 52.225-6 Trade Agreements Certificate (Feb 2021). FAR Provision 52.225-6 (Feb 2021) shall be completed to be considered for award. he small business set-aside has been dissolved and this RFQ is being issued on a Full and Open basis. NOTE: The Government would like the contractor to install the Government owned injectors the first time.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Choose an item. are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0139 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 8,200 to 9,000 U.S. Gallon Manure Application Tankers.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 333111  The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

Contractor Request for Information are due no later than 17 June 2026 by 1:00pm CDT.
