This project, AHU-1 Return Fan VFD Replacement, consists of removal and replacement of new air handling unit 1 (AHU-1) return fan variable frequency drive (VFD). The result of VFD replacement is a fully functioning AHU return fan. This project will promote life safety through a well-executed contract, meeting code requirements and optimal functionality
