Steiner ATLAS (Advanced Tactical Laser Aiming System)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for quotes being requested from small business participants only with the technical requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Work.

Quoters are to provide a Firm Fixed Price quote to Contracting Specialist, Shenika Butler via email at Shenika.Butler1@tsa.dhs.gov  and include a per item breakdown via the attached Pricing Schedule. Quotations shall be submitted on a Firm Unit Price basis. Quoters are encouraged to use additional discounts

The RFQ is being solicited using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The instructions included will be evaluated on the following dates associated with this requirement:

You are requested to review the information contained in the enclosed notice and provide the requested quote no later than 12:00 PM EST September 25, 2026

Errors, Discrepancies, or Ambiguities

If an Offeror believes that the requirements in this solicitation contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the Offeror shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing with supporting rationale. Offerors are reminded that TSA reserves the right to award a Purchase Order for this requirement based on the initial quotes without discussions.

The Transportation Security Administration, Law Enforcement Federal Air Marshal Services (LE-FAMS) has a requirement to establish a Purchase Order for Steiner ATLAS (Advanced Tactical Laser Aiming System)  a brand name or Equal basis. 

All prices shall be inserted into Attachment B – Schedule of Supplies and provided as a submission.
